This recipe immediately came to mind because it’s a lot of fun and easy to make. It has a high reward-to-effort ratio, but the more you put into it the better the results. It benefits from a few well selected, high-quality ingredients. And you can spend as much time as you like making them look nice, but you can also just eat them with your eyes closed. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate(dark, at least 70% cacao)
- ⅔ cup coconut cream
- Earl Grey tea
- cocoa powder
Directions
- Chop the chocolate into very fine shavings.
- Warm cream on stove, then add tea. Steep for a long time, around 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat, add chocolate shavings.
- Stir gently to melt chocolate, don’t overdo it.
- Chill for an hour.
- Roll chocolate into balls and then roll into cocoa powder.
