This recipe immediately came to mind because it’s a lot of fun and easy to make. It has a high reward-to-effort ratio, but the more you put into it the better the results. It benefits from a few well selected, high-quality ingredients. And you can spend as much time as you like making them look nice, but you can also just eat them with your eyes closed. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate(dark, at least 70% cacao)
  • ⅔ cup coconut cream
  • Earl Grey tea
  • cocoa powder
Directions
  1. Chop the chocolate into very fine shavings.
  2. Warm cream on stove, then add tea. Steep for a long time, around 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off heat, add chocolate shavings.
  4. Stir gently to melt chocolate, don’t overdo it.
  5. Chill for an hour.
  6. Roll chocolate into balls and then roll into cocoa powder.
